Atwater Village Neighborhood Council Pulls Off Another Great Halloween on The BOOlevard

Thousands of ghoulish creatures descended on the business district loading up with food, fun and treats. Special kudos to the volunteers of the AVNC for bringing this event to the village, and providing crossing guard duty.
